  • pancakes - according to any recipe
  • 1 bulb
  • salt, ground pepper, dry herbs optional
  • minced turkey - about half a kilo
  • refined vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp. spoons
  • sour cream - a glass
  • 1 pickle
  • 1 st. teaspoon chopped greens
  • pepper, salt to taste

Recipe for pancakes with meat

Cooking pancakes - according to any recipe.

Fry chopped onion until golden brown. Add minced meat to the onion. Saute with onion until tender. Add pepper and salt. We mix. Cool down.

We stuff the pancakes with the filling (1 pancake - about 2 tablespoons of the filling). Put the pancakes on a plate and serve, seasoning with sauce.
