  • 200 gr pack of herring fillet
  • sour cream 21% 300 ml
  • a few sprigs of dill

we make envelopes: put the filling on the pancake, a tablespoon of mashed potatoes, and wrap it, as shown in the photo; you can add fried onions to potatoes, but this is not for everyone;

make the sauce: beat sour cream and herring fillet in a blender, add chopped dill;
