Pancakes on ryazhenka
Ingredients
  • ryazhenka - 1 cup
  • water - 0.5 cups
  • eggs - 2 pieces
  • flour - 1 cup
  • sugar - 1-2 tablespoons
  • odorless vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • salt - a third of a teaspoon
  • soda - a quarter of a teaspoon
Delicious pancakes of a beautiful caramel color. The main ingredient in pancake dough is ryazhenka.

We send flour and water into a deep bowl. Add sugar, salt, eggs, butter. We mix.

We introduce ryazhenka and soda. Mix until smooth. If the dough is too thick, add some water.

We give the test 20 minutes of time to rest and infuse.

We fry pancakes on a fire above average. I usually grease the pan with oil just before the first pancake. Pancakes fry very quickly, especially the second side. Don't overdry.
