Ingredients
- 1 large carrot
- 2 celery stalks
- 3 tbsp chopped kuhariki
- 2 chicken eggs
- 4 sprigs of parsley
- Vegetable oil
- Pepper
- Salt
A simple recipe for very healthy celery and carrot pancakes. Serve these pancakes with cottage cheese sauce and garlic.
Recipe for carrot and celery pancakes

Slice the celery stalks into thin slices. We wash the carrots, peel and pass through a medium or large grater.

Mix carrots with celery, add pepper, salt, chicken eggs and ground crackers.

Chop the parsley and add to the total mass, after which everything is thoroughly mixed.

Put the resulting dough into a frying pan with vegetable oil. Spread the dough with a tablespoon. Fry pancakes until done on both sides.
