Ingredients
  • Minced meat - 600 gr.
  • Onions - 2-3 heads
  • Flour - 600 gr.
  • Milk - 400 ml
  • Dry yeast - 10 gr.
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp.
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Butter - 60 gr.
We offer you one of the most famous and favorite recipes for pies. Belyashi are always fried in oil, which is how they differ from traditional meat pies.

Dilute yeast in warm milk with sugar, add flour and create a consistency similar to sour cream. We leave the dough for whites in a warm place. Now add melted butter and salt, after which we begin to gradually add flour so that lumps do not form. Knead enough liquid and homogeneous dough.

We take a bowl or pan, grease it with oil and put the dough for whites in it, and set it aside for 1.5 hours to come up.

We pass meat and onions through a meat grinder. To make the whites more juicy, add a little water to the minced meat. Pepper and salt to taste.

Punch down the risen dough and tear off small lumps from it, then make thin cakes out of them, about half a centimeter thick. Put the minced meat in the center of such a cake and pinch the edges of the dough.

We heat a large amount of oil in a frying pan and fry our whites on it for 6-7 minutes on one side, then turn over, close the pan with a lid and continue to fry the whites for another 10 minutes.
