Ingredients
  • 600 gr. beef
  • 2 onions
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 20 gr. parsley
  • 250 ml sour cream
  • 40 ml vegetable oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 30 gr. wheat flour
  • 20 gr. dill
Beef stroganoff is a classic meat dish traditionally made with beef. However, modern chefs are accustomed to improvise and prepare beef stroganoff from various meats.

We wash the beef, clean it from the tendons and cut into slices across the fibers. The thickness of the slices should be no more than 2 cm. We beat off the strips of beef so that their thickness becomes no more than 1 centimeter, and then cut into strips.

Cut the onion into half rings and put it to fry in a preheated pan. Fry in oil until translucent.

When the onion has become transparent, add beef to it and sprinkle everything with pepper and salt. Cook over high heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

When the meat is ready, add flour to the pan, and continue to cook for another 3 minutes, stirring all the time.

At the very last stage, add sour cream, wait until everything boils and continue cooking for another 1-2 minutes.
