Baursak recipe

1

We break chicken eggs into a suitable container, pour in milk, add salt, sugar, butter and yeast. Yeast can be omitted, it does not play a special role.

2

When all the ingredients are in place, mix everything well until the sugar and other ingredients are completely dissolved in the mass.

3

In the resulting homogeneous mixture, pour flour in small portions, stirring all the time so that no lumps form.

4

Knead a thick dough, but not too "oak".

5

Pinch off a small piece from the dough and roll it into a sausage, then cut it into small pieces.

6

The resulting pieces must be fried in boiling oil until golden brown.

7

When the baursak is ready, it is necessary to transfer it to a colander and let the oil drain, and let it dry a little. Until the baursak is dry, you can sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
