Ingredients
  • "yesterday's" loaf or baguette
  • 1-2 cans of canned fish (sardines, etc.)
  • butter - 100 g
  • dill - bunch
  • mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
  • processed cheese - 100 g

Delicious snack from the "economy" series. Great alternative to sandwiches! For cooking, you will need only the simplest and most inexpensive products.

If the loaf is wide, cut off the "butt" and take out the whole crumb. 5-7 mm of the "body" should remain to the edge. If you bought a baguette, then just cut it along the entire length and carefully remove the crumb.

We combine: finely chopped dill, crumb, butter, fish (remove bones), cheese, mayonnaise. Pepper. We mix. If you want to dominate the taste of fish, take not one, but two cans of canned food. As for cheese, it can be replaced with an egg (hard boiled).

We fill the bag. We wrap the loaf in a film (twice). We send it to the refrigerator.

After a few hours, the loaf can be cut and served. The cutting knife must be sharp. It is not advisable to cut the loaf too thin.
