- lamb ribs (from half a young lamb)
- mayonnaise - about 3 tablespoons
- sour cream - 2-3 tablespoons
- 4 garlic cloves
- salt, pepper to taste
- 1 tsp ground paprika
- 0.5 tsp dry parsley and basil

Oven baked lamb ribs recipe
Rinse thoroughly under cold water, blot with a napkin and cut the meat.
Cooking garlic sauce for ribs: mix mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, paprika, herbs, salt and herbs.
We take a dish for baking, grease with vegetable oil. We spread lamb ribs on it, generously greased with garlic sauce. You can pour the rest of the sauce on top of the lamb ribs.
We put the lamb ribs in the oven on low heat. For the first hour and a half, bake the ribs under a double layer of foil, then remove the foil and bake the dish until a delicious golden crust is formed for about 40 minutes.
