First of all, you need to boil the milk and put it in a cool place so that it cools down to 50º C.

 After that, carefully add kefir or sourdough to the milk - only four tablespoons.

 Then put this mass in a yogurt maker for about 6 - 8 hours or in an oven heated to 50º for about 4 - 6 hours, it is very important to check the temperature so that it is certainly warm in the oven.

 After that, you need to cut bananas into pieces in a bowl for whipping and add sugar to the resulting mass. Then the blender will grind the bananas to the consistency of porridge.

 Add yogurt to the mixture, beat and pour into glasses - and a delicious breakfast is ready.
