Ingredients
- eggplant - 3 pieces
- onion - 0.5 pcs.
- red sweet pepper - 0.5 pcs.
- garlic - 2 cloves
- a piece of hot pepper
- water - 150 ml
- vinegar - 2 tbsp. spoons
- sugar - 1 tbsp. spoon with slide
- salt - 0.5 tsp
- 1 bay leaf, a few round peppers (allspice and bitter)

We clean the skin from eggplants, cut into cubes 3-4 cm. Salt. After 15 minutes, drain the liquid.

Prepare the marinade: mix all the ingredients and bring to a boil. Cool down.

We combine all the vegetables, pour over the marinade. Cover with foil and send to the refrigerator. Better at night. I tried it after 30 minutes and it was already delicious.
