Ingredients
  • eggplant - 3 pieces
  • onion - 0.5 pcs.
  • red sweet pepper - 0.5 pcs.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • a piece of hot pepper
  • water - 150 ml
  • vinegar - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • sugar - 1 tbsp. spoon with slide
  • salt - 0.5 tsp
  • 1 bay leaf, a few round peppers (allspice and bitter)
  • vegetable oil for frying eggplant

We clean the skin from eggplants, cut into cubes 3-4 cm. Salt. After 15 minutes, drain the liquid.

Fry eggplant until crispy.

Prepare the marinade: mix all the ingredients and bring to a boil. Cool down.

Pepper and onion cut into strips.

We combine all the vegetables, pour over the marinade. Cover with foil and send to the refrigerator. Better at night. I tried it after 30 minutes and it was already delicious.
