Eggplant "Flame"
Ingredients
  • eggplant - 3 pieces
  • garlic - 4-5 cloves
  • pepper - 0.5 pcs. sweet and bitter
  • 1 st. a spoonful of sugar
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Wash eggplant, cut, salt.

After 15 minutes, drain the liquid. Fry the eggplant in vegetable oil until a beautiful crust.

We make a thick marinade: grind pepper, garlic in a meat grinder, chop the greens. Mix everything, add sugar, a pinch of salt and vinegar.

Combine marinade and eggplant. We send it to the refrigerator.

After 1-2 hours, the snack is ready.
