- 1 l freshly squeezed orange juice (strained) or 1 kg fruit puree
- 1 kg sugar
- 30 g pectin (can be replaced with gelfix)
Everyone tried purchased marmalade, but not many decided to cook it on their own, but there is nothing complicated here. I present to your attention a fairly simple recipe for marmalade.

Mix 100 g of sugar with 30 g of pectin until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

Pour orange juice into a container, add 900 g of sugar.

Put the container on medium heat and mix thoroughly until the sugar is completely dissolved.

After the appearance of the first bubbles, add the mixture of sugar and pectin prepared in advance, reduce the heat (boiling should continue) and, stirring constantly, boil.

At a temperature of 110 degrees, pour the cooked marmalade into silicone molds and leave at room temperature for 1.5-2 hours.

Remove marmalade from mold and sprinkle with sugar.

When preparing berry marmalade, instead of juice, use berry or fruit puree prepared in a blender and rubbed through a sieve.
