Ingredients
  • 1.5 kg of tomatoes
  • 7 bell peppers
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 3 onions
  • 1 apple
  • 1 bitter pepper
  • Salt - to taste
  • A mixture of peppercorns - to taste
  • Vinegar (9%) - to taste
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
We offer you a very tasty adjika recipe that does not require jars, as a result of which such adjika retains the greatest amount of useful elements and vitamins.

Thoroughly wash the tomatoes, then cut them into arbitrary pieces. If you pass the tomatoes through a meat grinder, then you can cut them larger, and if through a blender, then cut them smaller.

Peel and finely chop the bell pepper.

Wash the apple and cut. Also clean and chop the onion.

Peel the garlic, also clean the hot peppers from the seeds and chop.

We prepare the required amount of salt, sugar and vinegar.

After all the components of adjika are ready, move them to a blender or meat grinder and grind to the desired consistency.
