Ingredients
  • 200 gr. butter
  • 200 gr. breadcrumbs
  • 250 gr. Sahara
  • egg
  • 800 gr. apricots
  • vanillin

Beat the butter with 150 g of sugar, combine with breadcrumbs, egg and vanilla.

The resulting mass is laid out in a form moistened with water and put in a cold place to harden.

After 3 hours, on the finished cake, lay out mashed potatoes made from apricots and 100 gr. Sahara.
