Ingredients
  • 200 gr. granulated sugar
  • 4 chicken eggs
  • 150 ml condensed milk
  • 50 gr. apricot jam
  • 100 gr. wheat flour
  •  100 gr. butter
  • 15 ml cognac
If you have apricot jam lying around, then you can make a surprisingly tasty pyrogenic one from it. By the way, apricot jam can be replaced with absolutely any other.

Beat chicken eggs together with sugar squeak until a stable foam is obtained.

Add flour to the foam and mix everything.

We heat the oven to 200 degrees. We take the form and cover it with baking paper. We spread the dough on a baking sheet and send it to the oven for 30 minutes.

We take out the biscuit from the oven and let it cool slightly, after which we cut into identical mugs. We dry the cut pieces in the oven and pass through a grater.

Now let's make the cream. To do this, beat the butter, adding a little bit of condensed milk and cognac to it.

Lay out the biscuit mugs 2 pcs. for one cake. Lubricate the lower circles with cream and cover them with a second circle. Top everything with jam.

Now gently cover the whole cake with cream and sprinkle with grated biscuit crumbs.

We put the apricot cake in the refrigerator for 3 hours, after which we sprinkle everything with chocolate chips and enjoy the resulting delicacy.
