Ingredients
  • 250 g carrots
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 lemon
  • 10 g pea sprouts
  • 125 g natural yoghurt
  • Carrot slices for garnish
  • Honey (optional)
  • 6 celery stalks
  • 2 green apples
  • 125 g alfalfa (alfalfa) sprouts
  • bunch of parsley
  • bunch of mint
  • 1-2 carrots
  • 1 chicory
  • 1 bell pepper
  • Mineral water
  • Sprig of mint for garnish
  • 1 beetroot
  • 6 carrots
  • 3 cm piece of ginger
  • 1 large handful parsley (cilantro)
  • 6 very ripe and sweet Baku tomatoes
  • 1 celery stalk + 1 more for garnish
  • A few drops of Tabasco sauce

Peel the carrots and squeeze out the juice.

Peel the avocado. Randomly chop and put in a blender bowl, sprinkle with lemon juice. Add sprouts, yogurt and carrot juice. Whisk and taste - if carrots aren't sweet enough, add honey to taste. Garnish with carrot slices and serve.

Peel the apples from the stalks, squeeze the juice out of them and strain.

Squeeze juice from celery and alfalfa (alfalfa) sprouts. Whisk the mint and parsley in a blender (do not remove the stems) and strain through cheesecloth (squeeze the cheesecloth very well to retain all the juice).

Mix all ingredients and serve.

Peel the carrots and peppers and squeeze the juice, squeeze the juice from the chicory separately.

Mix, add mineral water to taste, garnish with mint and serve.

Grind parsley (cilantro) with stems in a blender and strain through cheesecloth.

Squeeze juice from tomatoes and celery. Cool well. Before serving, mix with parsley (cilantro) juice, pour into glasses. Put a couple of drops of Tabasco sauce into each glass, insert half a stalk of celery in the manner of a bar spoon and serve.
